Yesterday I decided to spend all day NOT at home.....I was walking, walking.....and walking....did not stop during the 6 or 7 hours...yes at the end I was tired but believe me.....this feeling is amazing !!! We should have a rest sometimes, just fresh air, new places and faces :))) Not only work, institute and home...... Go out friends:))))))
